{"created":"2023-06-19T09:32:00.079556+00:00","id":1418,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4cbfb10e-0cfd-478e-8a3b-e1fef9a75347"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1418","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1418"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:seisen.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001418","sets":["10:60:153"]},"author_link":["2051","2050"],"item_7_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"46","bibliographicPageStart":"23","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"清泉女子大学人文科学研究所紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"BULLETIN OF SEISEN UNIVERSITY RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR CULTURAL SCIENCE","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本稿は、近世後期の土浦の薬種商色川家の記録を手掛かりに、地方の薬種商がどのような薬種を仕入れ活動したか、又、政治・社会状況が大きく揺れ動いていたこの時期に薬種商がどのように行動したのか等、その実態の一端を明らかにしたものである。\n　江戸時代は、日本の医学・医療が発達した時代である。日本で独自化した東洋医学「漢方医学」に複数の流派が誕生する一方、十八世紀半ば以降は「蘭方医学」も発達し、両医学が共存した。そして、都市のみならず、地方の農村部でも医学塾などで修行した医師が活動していた。医師が医療活動を行う為には薬種が必要であり、都市・農村共に薬種商がいたはずである。しかし、個々レベルの薬種商に関する具体的な研究は、史料的問題によりほとんどなく、その実態は不明なことが多い。\n　色川家は、土浦城下（現、茨城県土浦市）で十八世紀中頃から幕末期にかけて薬種商を営んだ家である。色川家九代目の三中は、地域の学者として有名であるが、家業の薬種商としても活躍し、その弟美年ともに家業を成長させていった。色川家には、多様かつ膨大な文書がある。三中・美年が書き綴った日記「家事志」「家事記」を始め、取り扱い薬種の帳面等から、当時の薬種商の実態についても窺える。本稿では、色川家が複数の江戸の薬種商から薬種を仕入れ、江戸の大店薬種商と同等の多様な漢方薬・蘭方薬などを扱っていたことを分析、明らかにした。\n　又、本稿では、天保改革期、幕末期の異国船来航時の二例から、時の政治・社会状況に大きく影響されてゆく薬種商の姿も示した。そこからは、天保改革時に藩による物価引下げ政策の中で薬種商達が薬種値段引下に対応してゆく面、異国船渡来の影響による薬種の不足と薬種高騰・下落の中で薬種確保に奔走する商人の姿が見られた。\n　近世後期から幕末期にかけての地域の薬種商は、医師の医療を支え医療の一端を担う重要な立場であるとともに、時の政治・社会状況に左右される商人という、両面を持ち合わせる存在だったのである。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　 This article aims to clarify about the works of medicine merchants who lived in the countryside of Japan in late Edo period. It was the time when medical science, medicines, and medical care made remarkable progress. Many doctors lived not only in the cities but also in smaller villages and towns. It has been studied about the well-known doctors, activities of the doctors in the villages, and medical development.    However, there are few documents featuring the development of medicine. Nonetheless, the records kept by the Irokawa family who lived in the castle town of Tsuchiura in the Edo period might fill this gap. \n　 In particular, the ninth generation of Irokawa Minaka succeeded the business as medicine merchant. Known as a local Japanese classical scholar Minaka studied medical science and herbalism. He left many documents in his diary on his works and medical herbs. One of the documents Kajiki shows us medical merchant’s works in the Edo period. This document had been handed down to Minaka’s younger brother Mitoshi the tenth generation of Irokawa.\n　 From the Irokawa archives, the author clarified that the Irokawa family had treated many kinds of medical herbs as much as merchants in Edo period. And also, the author revealed that they had coped well with the change of political, economic and social situation from the two historical examples. \n　 Having examined the Irokawa archives, the author found various sides of medical world in Japan in late Edo period.
