It becomes popular to use herbs for the maintenance of health. Many books were published concerning herbs. However, so many effects have been described for one herb and we are not sure which is correct and which is not. By using Bi-Digital O-Ring Test Method, it is possible to guess the effects of each herb for health. The results of O-Ring Test are shown in Table 1 and the various uses referred to in the past literature of each herb are shown in Table 2. |
